Hi, I’m Laura, a qualified Mental Health Support Worker based on the Gold Coast. I support adults and young people living with mental health and neurological challenges to feel calmer, more confident and better connected to everyday life.

This may include people experiencing:
• Bipolar

Where appropriate, sessions may incorporate simple grounding practices such as breath, sound or sensory tools to support calm and stability.
