The path spirit
called me onto wasn’t easy.
In truth, following the breadcrumbs has been one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done.
As Spirit kept knocking, I realised I had two choices, to ignore the messages and continue living the life others expected of me…
or to heed the call, acknowledge the signs the universe was showing me and step fully into myself.
Through much soul-searching, healing, and deep remembrance, I began to own my story, my role in the past, my presence in the now, and the future opening up before me.
When I was first asked what my superpower was, I whispered ‘love’
like a tiny mouse.
Now, after years of study, practice and my own heart journey, I say it boldly:
‘My superpower is love.’

I started noticing
Hearts everywhere
In warm Sunday breakfasts, on the beach, in my garden, little reminders of love on the path. These messages from my Spirit team, and my beloved Dad who walks beside them, led me to the path I now happily and gratefully call home.
In this process, I understood that the work I was here to share in this world, sound healing, drum weaving, rattle shaking, guiding others to self-love through these tools and experiences, is literally who I am.
It’s in my bones. It’s in my blood. It’s in every fibre of my being.
Out in nature, guided by Spirit and surrounded by trees, I continue to find heart-shaped rocks, gentle reminders of love along the journey.
A beautiful milestone
In 2025, Laura was honoured with the Spiritual Musician Award at the Spiritual Leaders Awards Event. Among many talented voices and healers, this recognition reflects her devotion to sound as a pathway for healing, remembrance and connection. A heartfelt acknowledgement of her heart-led work she continues to share with the world.

I offer group sessions and private 1:1 support, including Sound Therapy, Breath Work and Rattle and Drum Making. Every experience is rooted in safety, intention and trauma-aware care to help you reconnect with yourself and your power.

I also offer NDIS Mental Health Support on the Gold Coast for those seeking practical, person-centred guidance alongside their healing journey.
