Each Be-stoked piece from Hibiscus Sounds is handcrafted with love and intention. Because each item is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email us at hibiscussounds@gmail.com with a clear photo and description of the damage. We’ll happily work with you to arrange a return or exchange.

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping.

• We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
