I work with Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants of all ages.
This may include people experiencing:
• Anxiety or depression
• Psychosocial disability
• Trauma-related challenges
• Social isolation
• Everyday overwhelm
Support is always respectful, person-centred and trauma-aware.
-
Sessions can take place:
• In your home (Gold Coast region)
• In the community (parks, cafés, local groups)
• Online, where appropriate
The environment is chosen based on what feels safest and most supportive for you.
-
My approach combines formal mental health training with lived experience of recovery and resilience.
My support is practical and person-centered, with the option for gentle sensory-based strategies when they align with your plan goals and comfort.
You are always part of the decision-making process, and your goals guide our work together.
-
Support can be accessed through:
• Assistance with Daily Life
• Community Participation
• Capacity Building
(Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants only.)
